In most cases, we strongly advise you to start by hiring your first manual QA engineer. Then come talk to us and get your daily test reports.
- Is it enough to test just an API?
- It depends. The goal of the service is to provide comprehensive API automation. Which will completely cover the needs of teams without extra resources for test automation.
Our service will also be a great kickoff once you decide to hire an auto QA engineer.
- What happens if I don't get my automation on time?
- We have never been late so far. But hypothetically speaking, you will get a full refund, and you will also get your test automation project.
- Do you provide any support?
- We have an introduction meeting scheduled on the delivery day to share the results, explain how things work, and answer all the questions you have. Then we have a retrospective meeting in two weeks to settle down all the issues you have.
- Do you need access to our source code?
- Absolutely no. We are using only the publicly available API and web pages. We will also use depersonalized test data, just as your testers do.
